Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Houston metropolitan area
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $1,000 - $5,000
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to a sustainable future? Do you want to help people while saving the planet too? Join our team as a Solar Energy Appointment Setter and play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
✅ Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations.
✅ Utilize provided scripts and resources to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
✅ Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' energy needs, current utility bills, and potential solar incentives.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings.
✅ Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries.
✅ Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth goals.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with homeowners to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
✅ Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner.
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules effectively.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology.
✅ Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
✅ Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
✅ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
