🔍 Now Hiring: ISO9001 Compliance / QHSE Coordinator – Boston, MA (Onsite)

Are you experienced in ISO9001 implementation within a freight forwarding environment? Passionate about driving quality, health, safety, and environmental standards? We’re seeking a dedicated Compliance Admin / QHSE Coordinator to join a leading global logistics operation in their Boston office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process improvement, and ensuring operational compliance with international standards like ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain ISO9001 implementation and compliance, ensuring full integration into freight forwarding processes
• Support environmental and safety management systems aligned with ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Maintain and update QHSE documentation, procedures, and training records
• Coordinate and support internal audits, external assessments, and corrective action follow-up
• Liaise with operations and management to ensure health & safety protocols are up to standard and adhered to across the site
• Provide administrative compliance support across quality, safety, and environmental initiatives

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience implementing and managing ISO9001 in a freight forwarding or logistics setting
• Working knowledge of ISO14001 (environmental) and ISO45001 (occupational health & safety) standards
• Previous involvement in QHSE, compliance, or audit coordination
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and risk assessments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident liaising with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
