Corporate Relations Manager (part-time, ongoing contract)

Location: Alexandria, VA

Hours: Tues, Wed & Thur (20 - 25 hours per week)

Summary: The Corporate Relations Manager will manage donor communications, stewardship, and cultivate new corporate partnerships, reporting directly to the Director of Brand Management & Corporate Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate corporate donor relationships and pursue new funding opportunities.

• Manage assigned corporate donor accounts across multiple territories.

• Collaborate with Communications and Finance departments to ensure partnership activations are effectively promoted and accurately managed.

• Prepare donor communications and stewardship reports, especially during disaster responses.

• Support corporate volunteer engagement and create scalable opportunities for volunteer activities.

• Conduct prospect research and provide insights for leadership.

• Coordinate partnership activations, including agreements, tracking metrics, and campaign logistics.

• Support Christmas fundraising initiatives and corporate volunteering efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years’ nonprofit fundraising, corporate partnerships, or marketing experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and developing corporate relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, donor management software, and familiarity with prospect research tools. Graphic design skills a plus.

• Occasional travel and physical ability to handle standard office tasks.
