Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer who loves solving complex problems. As a member of the team, you'll lead the development and optimisation of our core AI agents specifically designed for testing and monitoring of conversational agents. You will collaborate directly with the founders and the customers to shape product direction and technological innovation.

• Design, build, and refine AI-driven tools for testing, benchmarking, and monitoring conversational agents.
• Develop scalable pipelines and evaluation methods for LLMs and conversational AI.
• Research and experimentation to continuously enhance AI performance and accuracy.
• Implement robust systems for real-time monitoring, feedback loops, and model optimization.
• Optimize AI deployments to ensure high reliability in production environments.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and incorporate user feedback into tool improvements.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
• 1+ years experience as an AI Engineer
• Proficiency with Python
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.

• Previous startup experience or experience working in high-impact, autonomous roles.
• Background in AI evaluation methods, benchmarking frameworks, or observability tools.
