Primary Purpose

Assist the Stock Crew Manager with the duties of the Third Shift Center Store Associates, supporting financial and sales goals, building associate and customer relations, and fostering a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet department needs.
2. Maintain staffing, scheduling, and financial results.
3. Cut, mark, and stock products as required.
4. Delegate and follow up to ensure departmental efficiency.
5. Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect; recognize accomplishments and provide constructive feedback.
6. Model appropriate workplace behavior.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Follow all standard practices outlined in the Center Store Standard Practices Manual.
9. Communicate effectively within the department and organization.
10. Maintain high quality standards in all duties.
11. Manage product variety, pricing, and displays to meet profit goals.
12. Ensure product quality through proper rotation.
13. Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards.
14. Oversee department presentation through proper ordering and inventory control.
15. Ensure compliance with pricing policies.
16. Keep work areas clean and organized.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
18. Work within management planning guidelines to sustain productivity.
19. Report equipment repairs or maintenance needs.
20. Ensure safety, fire prevention, and security standards are met.
21. Maintain confidentiality of store information.
22. Perform other duties as assigned.
23. Meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Leadership ability and effective communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks, including forklift and power jack operation.
• Must meet age requirements.
• Availability for overnight or early morning shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly; up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Stand or walk continuously.
• Frequent reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Handle various substances including cleaning and packaging materials.
• Work in extreme temperatures for short periods.
• Use computers and communication devices as needed.

Salary range: $18.95 - $27.25 hourly.
