GRC Analyst Job at Insight Global, Sunnyvale, CA Insight Global Sunnyvale, CA Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Remote GRC Analyst for a cybersecurity company in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and a strong understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include assisting with annual risk assessments, managing internal and external audits from start to finish, and supporting compliance initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in information systems or accounting (preferred), and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in GRC or compliance, with hands-on experience managing SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, 27701, and PCI audits. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are required. Deep understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks is essential, along with proficiency in control frameworks like COSO, COBIT, and NIST. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate compliance issues to stakeholders, and experience with GRC tools, policy reviews, Business Continuity planning, customer questionnaires, and project management is required. Occasional participation in customer responses and on-call rotation for security monitoring are part of the role. The typical working hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating schedule including weekends. Familiarity with RFP tools such as Loopio or RFIO is also preferred.
