Position : Immigration Attorney
Location : Fall River, MA(On-site)
Duration : Full time & Direct Hire

Job description:
We are seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business immigration law. In this role, you will primarily focus on business immigration cases , particularly PERMs, and work closely with clients to navigate complex legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business immigration and strong, persuasive writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business immigration cases, particularly PERMs, from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Handle applications, petitions, and responses with USCIS, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, PERM, and green card petitions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide clear, sound advice on complex immigration issues impacting businesses.
• Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to gather necessary evidence, prepare documentation, and advise on best legal approaches.
• Collaborate with a talented team of legal professionals to ensure seamless execution of client cases and high-quality service.
• Manage and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff , providing guidance on case preparation and strategy.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in business immigration law .
• Extensive knowledge of business immigration processes, particularly PERMs and employment-based green card petitions .
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
