ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Megan Green - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This position is commission only with flexible hours. Commission structure is extremely competitive and offers employees a flexible schedule. Minimum hours worked per week (unless on vacation) must be 20 hours. Employee must earn more in commission than minimum wage after first month of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licenses in P&C and Life & Health preferred.
