Compensation: 

• Base salary of $115,000- $160,000
• Production-based bonuses
• Generous signing bonus

Your Role:

As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll play a pivotal role in\ncontinuing Churchville’s legacy of growth and excellence. Working alongside the hospital manager, you’ll assist in the daily operations, help develop\nprotocols, and mentor a growing team of veterinary professionals. Your\nleadership will inspire a culture of care, support, and collaboration.

• A Doctor\n of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited\n institution.

• Licensure \n in good standing to practice in Maryland (or the state of employment).
