$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals in the banking industry who are passionate about originating retail and commercial loans. As the Market President, you will have the chance to lead and grow a team of talented individuals, while playing a key role in driving the success of our client company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market
  • Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Help with current and future growth and expansion needs

Essential Job Functions

  • Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Provide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactions
  • Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
  • Conduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansion
  • Represent the bank in various community and industry events

Must Have Skills And Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in originating retail and commercial loans in a banking setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
