**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other training modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients in a virtual setting
- Follow established clinical protocols and workflows effectively

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- Currently licensed in CA with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Experience treating patients of all ages (0+) in a primary care or urgent care setting
- Proficiency in using technology for delivering high-quality care
- Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication with diverse individuals
