Job Description

The Workday Integration Analyst provides HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management in support of maintaining Workday as a best-in-class employee experience forward platform. This role will partner with the other Workday team members, IT, business partners, vendors, and business leaders to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization. Here are the primary responsibilities:

  • Configure complex Workday business processes, primarily focusing on Recruiting, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Workday administrative functions, such as tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
  • Evaluate business procedures and workflows to ensure effective utilization of system features and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Operate within a structured, controlled systems environment, maintaining system standards and documenting processes accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user support, including change management, issue resolution, testing, and training, to enhance Workday utilization.
  • Perform data management actions like mass information uploads via EIBs and testing integration inputs and outputs based on transactional changes.
  • Create and use auditing reports for configuration change effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technology specifications and system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards and practices.
  • Understand and implement Workday's methodology across projects effectively.
  • Serve as a domain expert for feature releases, issue resolution, scope definition, prioritization, planning, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain a collaborative spirit across HR and technology teams, fostering a commitment to excellent support services.
  • Engage actively in Workday Community, User Groups, and relevant memberships for continued learning and development.
  • Support business partners by enhancing their understanding of Workday functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, with a focus on at least three modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Benefits.
  • Strongly prefer Workday Pro or Workday Certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Integrations is preferred.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Workday processes, configuration, and security framework.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly to various audiences in both verbal and written formats.
  • Experience working with cloud-based, multi-tenant systems and collaborative team-oriented skills.
