A US-based social commerce marketplace with over 90 million users and 200 million+ listings is scaling its AI/ML organisation to deliver a personalised, discovery-first shopping experience. Backed by a major global tech & commerce group, the company is doubling its AI/ML squads from 3 to 7 this year, creating high-impact engineering and data science roles.
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer , you will act as the technical lead in a cross-functional AI squad, architecting and deploying high-performance ML systems for personalisation, marketplace trust, and seller tools. Youll work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product, while mentoring other MLEs and shaping technical best practices across squads.
